Alfieri takes its name from Magliano Alfieri, the town in the Roero where their pasta factory is located. We wanted to emphasize that the territory, with its people, traditions and products, represent the very top scale of their values. They are not just a simple artisan pasta factory, but an expression of the eating civilization of these narrow hill lands between the Alps and the Mediterranean.
